Welcome to Dubraskha Wellness LLC. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By purchasing any of our services or programs, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Dubraskha Wellness LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides holistic wellness coaching, mentorship, and related services designed to help high performers reduce stress, overcome burnout, and build emotional resilience.

1. Program & Services

Dubraskha Wellness LLC offers wellness programs, and mentorship, to support personal and professional well-being. By enrolling, Client agrees to abide by all program guidelines and policies outlined in these Terms.

Client acknowledges that Dubraskha Wellness LLC and its representatives are not licensed medical, psychological, or healthcare professionals. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or emotional condition. The content provided is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice from licensed medical practitioners. Clients are encouraged to consult with their healthcare providers before making any lifestyle changes based on information provided during our programs.

2. No Guarantees

While our programs are designed to support wellness, Client understands that:

Results may vary, and the Company does not guarantee specific outcomes. The Company is not obligated to provide professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. No relationship beyond the scope of the agreed services exists after the completion of the program unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Financial Obligations & Payments

Client is responsible for paying the full cost of services according to the agreed payment terms, including any installment plans. By enrolling in our programs, Client agrees to:

Authorize Dubraskha Wellness LLC to charge the provided credit or debit card on a recurring basis if enrolled in a payment plan. Fulfill all payment obligations, including any outstanding balances, regardless of whether the Client completes the program. Acknowledge that unpaid balances may be referred to a collections agency if necessary.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Dubraskha Wellness LLC does not offer refunds for services or programs once purchased. This policy ensures that both the Client and the Company commit fully to the process.

5. Confidentiality & Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, both Client and Company agree to the following confidentiality terms:

Any confidential information shared during the program is proprietary and must not be disclosed, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from the disclosing party. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, coaching techniques, personal stories, or other sensitive information shared by the Company, Client, or other participants. Both parties agree to protect confidential information from unauthorized use or disclosure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Dubraskha Wellness LLC are the property of the Company. Client acknowledges and agrees that:

Program materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. Dubraskha Wellness LLC retains the rights to the content, which may not be used for commercial purposes by any third party. Any unauthorized use of the Company’s materials may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Client agrees that Dubraskha Wellness LLC, its employees, contractors, or affiliates, shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Company’s programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree to maintain professionalism and refrain from making defamatory, disparaging, or negative statements about each other, whether publicly or privately. Disputes will be resolved as outlined in the dispute resolution clause.

9. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dubraskha Wellness LLC and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and successors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from Client’s participation in the Company’s programs, except where caused by the Company’s negligence or misconduct.

10. Authorization & Media Release

By enrolling in our programs, Client acknowledges and agrees that their participation may be recorded in various formats (e.g., audio, video, photography). Client grants Dubraskha Wellness LLC the right to use such recordings for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client also agrees that any testimonials, feedback, or endorsements provided during or after participation may be used for marketing purposes.

11. Age & Competency

By agreeing to these Terms, Client affirms that they are over 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this contract.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State]. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through mediation, and if mediation fails, through binding arbitration in [Insert State/County]. The prevailing party in any dispute may be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

Dubraskha Wellness LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients, and continued participation in the programs constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
